Set and send number of Attempts for login and locking hours from custom login page

you can set and send number of Attempts for login and lock hours from custom login page
need to remove all record from Person_LoginAttempts table before start using this function
optional parameter number of Attempts: Currently 5 Attempts fixed, some of location need to increase the same. default is 5 Attempts
optional parameter: Lock Hours Currently 24 Attempts fixed, some of location need to decrease the same. default is 24 Attempts


Need to get latest: <Root>\Components\AutoDCR.SWC.Setup.BLL\SWCLogin.cs
