Add consultant validity automatic till pre define date On verify

Question:

1. Add consultant only 1 Year of validity AutoValidityDate On verify.
2. Set Auto date based on next finanacial year on verified by official.
3. AutoValidityDate node add in config parameter month/Date format only ex. financial years <add key="AutoValidityDate" value="03/31"></add>.
4. If node add then validate up to date control in hide from add consultant page.
