issue of date format in service in case date format is different

Question:

need change Date format as ‘yyyy/MM/dd’ Type for service .
Because server date format is ‘yyyy/MM/dd’.
I have done this using configuration tag. “ <add key="SystemDateFormat" value="yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss" />”

Please check attached file of changed code.


Issue of getting crash on instert data into message table or anything else in case date format is different on server and we are using any service instead of web application.
